The residence has a restaurant on site and two outdoor swimming pools for guests' use.It is also close to the Institut Thalassa in Biarritz (1.3 km away) and boasts direct access to the beach which is just 400m away. There is a bus stop in front of the residence.

The residence is next to the "Golf du Phare" in Biarritz which is one of the oldest golf courses in France. It is also within easy reach of nine other courses in the region: Chiberta, Arcangues, Bassussary, La Nivelle, Souraïde, Chantaco, Hossegor (29 km), Seignosse (33 km), Fontarrabia (38 km) and Moliets (55 km).
